Learning Partner (JG4) - 12.5 hours per week - Fixed Term - Term Time Only (including 5 Inset Days). Start date: 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027 or sooner if the pupil leaves.

Pay scale: JG4 - SCP 7 - 11 (£26,403 - £28,142 full time equivalent; £7,834 - £8,350 pro rata).

Key Tasks

• Provide direct instructional support in whole class, small group, and individual settings following work plans created by the teacher/SENDCO and with teacher support.
• Deliver brief, intensive, structured interventions supplementing the classroom learning and enabling pupils to retain access to high quality universal provision.
• Act as 'teaching triage': while roving the classroom keep pupils on task and flag those needing extra help, facilitating assessment for learning.
