Charterhouse are proud to be working with one of the top global retail brands. Based in their regional head office in Dubai, the Learning Manager will play a pivotal role in the team and focus on managing, leading and developing the learning department and coaching regional learning teams.

The role will typically involve managing the learning budget, supporting the HR Manager for talent in key areas such as leadership, performance, succession and talent acquisition and focusing on aligning best practices with regional counterparts. You will be responsible for creating and delivering quarterly induction workshops and developing key relationships with the business stakeholders and EMEA Head of Learning.
