Amazon FAAS (Finance-as-a-Service is looking for a Learning Experience Associate to create, execute and manage effective training and communication strategies for the business. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have good business acumen, good communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. Learning Experience Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of information design for L&D team. The Learning Experience Associate will work closely with SME’s, operation teams and other stakeholders to create impactful content, training approach.
