Overview

Publicis Groupe is looking for a Global Client Learning Lead to play a pivotal role in enabling growth across our most strategic global clients. This is a senior, commercially focused learning role embedded within the Global Client Growth Practice. It partners directly with Global Client Leaders and senior leadership teams to ensure learning and capability development are tightly linked to business priorities, client transformation and measurable growth outcomes. This is not a traditional L&D role. It requires strategic judgment, commercial acumen and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders globally. The focus is on building capability where it matters most — at the heart of our highest‑growth client relationships, with clarity and rigour to complex environments.
