• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in curriculum design, teacher training, or child development are an advantage.

We are seeking a passionate and creative Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and strengthen child development and learning programs for children aged 3–10 years. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences through toys, games, activity boxes, puzzles, card-based activities, and facilitator-led interventions that foster creativity, self-exploration, discovery, critical thinking, and socio-emotional development.
