A Learning & Development Manager for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as Learning & Development Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Solid knowledge of Forbes standards is required.
• Previous experience in leading the partnership process with Forbes and achieving the Five-Star rating that verifies luxury hotels and elevate the guest experience.
• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and ability to analyze and process information.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
