About the role

This role provides a commercially focused learning consultancy service across NFU Mutual, working in partnership with projects, programmes and business leaders to identify learning gaps, diagnosing challenges, shaping solutions, and influencing how change is delivered—using learning as one of several levers to drive performance.

Acting as a consultant to multiple change initiatives, you’ll analyse learning needs and shape effective, practical learning approaches to ensure organisational change is successfully embedded and sustained.
