About Parade College

Parade College is a member of the national body of Catholic schools known as Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) and has been operating since 1871. The college offers a wide range of curriculum options, including academic, sporting, music, visual arts, and trade pathways. In 2025 its VCE Vocational Major program became co‑educational, welcoming full‑time female students for the first time.

Role Overview

The Learning Area Leader is the lead educational authority within the Visual Arts and Drama discipline. The role involves driving excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and student outcomes across Years 7–12, and fostering a high‑performing team culture where teachers collaborate, innovate and continuously improve practice.
