Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma and five to seven years of training experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.
- At least three to five years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator.
- A National Certificate in ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practices) would be an advantage.
- Accreditation as Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator is required.
- Accreditation as Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) is required.
- Experience on LMS.
- Tourplan NX experience.
