Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma and five to seven years of training experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.
• At least three to five years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator.
• A National Certificate in ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practices) would be an advantage.
• Accreditation as Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator is required.
• Accreditation as Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) is required.
• Experience on LMS.
• Tourplan NX experience.
