The purpose of this role is to help design and implement fit-for-purpose learning interventions for staff members in the company.
Some duties include:
•Contribute to learning and development strategy formulation
•Identify and interpret client skills needs
•Conduct research
Requirements:
•Honours in Economics, Finance, Banking, Education
•5-8 years’ instructional design and facilitation experience in academics or corporate learning
•3-5 years within an economics or financial services environment
