**This Opportunity**

WSP is looking for an experienced Lead Water Resources Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should experience in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, modeling, and design.

**Your Impact**

+ Lead the design and analysis of hydraulic structures, including channels, culverts, spillways, and stormwater management systems.

+ Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM).

+ Perform floodplain mapping and flood risk assessments.

+ Develop and review technical reports, designs, and specifications.

+ Permit Drawings experience.

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, environmental scientists, and urban planners.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
