Assist in the training of current and new hire associates Conduct warehouse safety training Perform PIT Certification assessments and renewals Developing training processes, SOP’s and COE’s Ensure associates have received the proper on the job training for their function Answer warehouse field associate’s questions as needed Must be able to prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements Must communicate all facility or associate issues immediately to your supervisor. Willing to change shift and hours as business needs dictate.
