Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Track Designer to oversee and manage the design of track infrastructure projects with Ballasted/Ballst less (incl. Depot/yards, high speed, Heavy haul). The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of technical experience, including significant international project exposure, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams. This role requires deep knowledge of geometric design standards, safety principles, project coordination, and the ability to deliver high‑quality design outputs within schedule.
