JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering

JOB LOCATION: 20205 N. Creek Pkwy. Bothell, WA 98011 [Hybrid position]

DUTIES: Design, code, test, debug, and document components to ensure that software meets operational needs. Develop the implementation of enablers. Establish critical NFRs at the solution level and document review code. Interpret and translate business needs into technical requirements and estimates by evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes. Troubleshoot at the code level and resolve programming and design problems. Contribute to technical roadmaps and technical debt elimination by balancing time, resources, and quality constraints to achieve business goals and requirements. Lead software migrations and upgrade initiatives of applications on evolving technology stacks. Participate in SDLC activities for software components deployed to on-premise and cloud environments.
