We are hiring a Lead Blockchain Engineer / Technical Architect to own the technology behind a live, revenue-generating institutional blockchain platform based in Zurich. This is the first senior engineering hire into a newly formed company, spun out of an established digital-asset and asset-management innovation environment. Think founding CTO-track role, hands-on, with real product, real clients, and real assets already on-chain.

The platform is a governance and compliance layer that lets financial institutions adopt blockchain without building infrastructure from scratch.
