Job Responsibilities:
Supervise construction and related works on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product/system specifications, contractor's method statements, work procedures, and site instructions from the supervising QPs and consultants. Ensure contractors comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Building Control Act, relevant Codes of Practice, and requirements from statutory authorities such as BCA, LTA, NEA, NParks, PUB, SCDF, and utility/service providers like SPPG, SingTel, and StarHub Conduct site inspections to ensure that contractors implement timely corrective actions and preventive/mitigation measures to safeguard surrounding structures.
