Overview Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for the planning and development of project management strategy in support of the Biosciences and Medtech Workspace and Science and Engineering (research and office) needs.
Responsibilities - Project Management: Responsible for the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with the A*STAR long-term space plans and ensure excellent financial, quality and schedule outcomes.
- Lead the consolidation and harmonization of the different space users’ requirements and conduct technical feasibility analysis for all space projects to facilitate decision-making.
- Support the overall budget request process and required procurement process.
- Manage the construction project to ensure the projects achieve the defined scope, quality, budget, safety and time objectives.
