As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, your role is to manage and provide business direction in order to continue their work with senior clients (employers) and experienced candidates (job-seekers) to ensure that there is a proper job match within our international clientele.
You will also personally get the opportunity to advice global companies in their human resource strategies and to build relationships with their senior management. In addition to knowing the recruitment needs of our clients, it is important for an experienced headhunter to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and work culture.
A number of International companies have an Asian headquarter in Singapore with regional hiring needs. A key part of this role is to work with clients to ensure their regional hiring needs in South East Asia and China are met.
