Responsible for Plant Quality Management System
Responsible for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001Implementation, Sustainability and Effectiveness
Responsible for creating, keeping, updating and tracking of central and internal directives, regulations, instructions, documents
Lead QMM7 Team
Coordination of the internal/external process and system audits
Coordination of problem solving activities
Coordination of Plant FMEAs and Control Plans
Coordination of Plant 8Ds and other problem solving tools
Perform process/system audits
Follow-up of the findings and measures of the internal and external process audits
Coordination of central reporting to DC/QM and DC-CH/QMM
Distribution of the given Q-Targets at plant level Value Streams / departments and deployment of the distributed targets
Responsible for internal and external trainings regarding QMS
