As Lead Phlebotomy Technician, you will ensure the Inpatient Phlebotomy, Outpatient Lab and the Specimen Processing area maintain a continuous workflow. In this role, you will complete associated duties, such as drawing blood, transporting specimens and interpreting physician orders. Despite serving in a leadership role, you will still serve as a team member, showing exceptional customer service to facilitate a positive patient experience.
