Description
The company is focused on proactive rather than reactive healthcare, using advanced diagnostics, biometrics, and decision support to identify risk early and act before disease develops. This role is for a clinical lead who will own the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This is a hands-on role that blends phlebotomy, clinical diagnostics, care coordination, and operational accountability. You will work directly with physicians and be responsible for clinic readiness, client flow, and documentation accuracy across every visit.
Own daily clinic readiness: pre-visit staging, appointment flow, and post-visit closeout
Perform phlebotomy and manage specimen processing, lab requisitions, and courier coordination
Set up and support clinical diagnostics including point-of-care devices, CGM, intraoral scans, and vitals
