**As a Lead Phlebotomist you will:**

+ Train staff and performs competencies on proper phlebotomy technique.
+ Oversee phlebotomy staff and provides direction.
+ Approach patients in a professional, caring, friendly, manner.
+ Accurately identifies patients according to policy. Ensure that physician orders are correctly, accurately, and completely entered into the computer system.
+ Ensure that all specimens are collected, transported, and processed using proper procedures and techniques.
+ Ensure that all specimens are correctly and accurately labeled with appropriate information.
+ Process specimens and add-on requests for laboratory analysis.
