We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive trademark and copyright paralegal to support Walgreens’ Marketing and IP group. This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. and international trademark and copyright laws to support the clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and protection of Walgreens’ enterprise brand and private label portfolios. We welcome candidates with strong communication, research, analytical, organizational, and drafting skills, who are comfortable with complex issues and enjoy problem solving in a high volume, fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate will efficiently and effectively partner and collaborate with Walgreens Marketing and IP team members, as well as outside counsel and internal business stakeholders across the organization.
