Lead Mechanical Systems Engineer 80 - 100 % (w/m/d)

You own the end-to-end technical responsibility for compressor system concept design within customer projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, safety, and engineering requirements. In global projects, you act as the main technical authority towards the customer and oversee overall technical progress.

Beyond individual projects, you provide system-level technical leadership across projects, ensuring consistent system behavior, aligned interfaces, and resolution of escalated technical issues.
