**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Define, document, and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
+ Lead improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
+ Own and drive output performance for assigned lean line(s).
+ Apply best practices and serve as a coach and resource to other Manufacturing Engineers.
+ Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, **or** a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
