**GENERAL PURPOSE**:
**A lead maintenance worker shall assist the Operations Manager or his/her designee in managing the maintenance staff both operationally and administratively.
Additionally, a lead maintenance worker shall perform the duties of a maintenance worker, as needed or necessary.
