Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on-schedule completion of landscape projects within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for delivering technical and aesthetic design quality and value to clients, within allocated hours and associated costs.Identifying scope creep as potential variation orders and otherwise be responsible for the technical delivery of the projects in tandem with the Project Managers.Determines aesthetic design and practical technical solutions for the planning of external spaces including hardscapes, softscapes, streetscapes etc.Project types may include urban space planning, commercial buildings and spaces, residential projects, industr...
