            Job Responsibilities  Lead and supervise a team of Investigation Officers in day-to-day operations 
Conduct and oversee investigations relating to airside operational matters and regulatory compliance 
Conduct interviews and obtain statements from witnesses and relevant parties 
Gather, assess and preserve evidence and supporting information 
Review findings and provide recommendations 
Prepare and review investigation reports and case files 
Support legal proceedings and coordinate with stakeholders when required 
Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of investigation matters 
Provide coaching and guidance to team members 
Perform other duties assigned by management 
 Job Requirements  Degree or Diploma in Law, Criminology, Security Studies, Aviation, Investigation or related field 
Minimum 10 years of relevant investigative experience
