**Crew Lead Installer**

**Job Description**

+ Managing all aspects of installation and construction from scheduling to completion
+ Managing all documentation, planning and scheduling
+ Travel to other markets (outside local market) will be required based on business needs
+ Must be able to communicate with customers and explain process professionally
+ Explain product warranties and features to customers at time of installation
+ Oversee quality control to ensure project is completed correctly to standards of projects
+ Troubleshoot unforeseen problems and communicate with installers and/or homeowner
+ Must be self-motivated, attentive and on time
+ Ability to work proficiently and meet time restraints
+ Professionalism in appearance and work ethics
