The Opportunity

As the Lead, Global Compensation Systems & Analytics , you will act as the strategic owner of Ford’s global compensation planning cycles within Oracle HCM. This is not a purely systems-focused role—it is a high-impact position for a data-driven problem solver who can translate complex compensation structures into intuitive digital experiences and actionable insights.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will partner closely with Global Regional Compensation Leads and HR IT teams to ensure Ford’s total rewards strategy is executed with accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight across regions.
