Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
• Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn messaging, etc.)
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/ATS systems
• Support the recruitment team by building strong candidate pipelines
• Communicate professionally with prospects and schedule meetings where required
