As part of the Leadership Team, the Director of Resource Development will report to the President & CEO and leads a team focused on expanding BGC's fundraising capabilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to ethical practices and community engagement, ensuring that all activities support BGC's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide the Resource Development Team strategically
