Job Description:
Create a strong ecosystem of fintech (TSP’s), delivering robust and reliable digital services across banking functions (EKYC/e Sigh/AA/Valuation etc), supporting both operational and experience efficiencies.
Prudent evaluation while onboarding, aligned to banks security posture, existing compliance and policy guidelines and strong operating governance post going live to ensure excellence on operating KPI’s.
Drive adoption and scalability of Digital services that enable end to end journey digitization and leverage these services across platforms and journeys driving penetration and adoption.
Have alternate fintech onboarded for critical identified services to ensure derisking on availability and cost of the service delivery.
Work with RBIH and other PDI providers to leverage and scale available services and manage the relationship
