**Job title** – Lead Expert, GSC Import & Export

**Location** – Minhang, Shanghai

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Manage the full import and export process for DSM-Firmenich China, including customs clearance, commodity inspection, vessel booking and documentation.
+ Oversee import and export service providers, monitor their performance and ensure smooth flow of goods and documents.
+ Prepare accurate export statistics and supporting documents for VAT refund declaration.
+ Provide import and export regulatory consultation and support to internal departments.
+ Supervise compliance of all import and export activities and operations.
+ Coach import and export officers on process knowledge and updated policies.
