Heavy Equipment Operator - Residential Projects Lester Brothers Excavation is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our residential excavation team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality work, operates equipment safely and efficiently, and enjoys working on a variety of residential projects. This position works on projects such as basement excavations, driveway construction, drain fields, utility installation, drainage improvements, and site development. Experience in residential excavation is required, but candidates do not need experience in every type of project we perform.
