Motus Engineering is growing fast.

In September 2024 we were a one-person operation. Today we are a team of 12 engineers supporting high-tech and semiconductor clients. We are now looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who wants to help shape the next chapter of our growth.

This is more than a technical role.

You will become a key figure within our engineering organization, leading a team of four engineers while acting as the technical counterpart for one of the world's most demanding semiconductor environments.
