**Position Purpose:**

The Lead Dietary Aide is responsible for critical kitchen operations for the hospital's Food & Nutrition department.

As an “ **Lead Dietary Aide** ” you will:

+ Occasionally handles closing the kitchen at night and working morning shifts.
+ Responsible for oversight of trayline accuracy
+ Responsible for taking patient meal orders in the call center
+ Completing daily temperature logs
+ Printing and reviewing essential operational reports
