Workday Application Support Lead Consultant (Techno/Functional Skills)
Key Skills
- Strong hands on experience across Workday Functional modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits)
- Solid Workday integration support experience (EIB, PECI, Core Connectors; Studio support focus)
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and cross module impacts
- Proven AMS / Production Support experience (L1/L2) with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
- Ability to analyze integration logs, data issues, security/access impacts
- Strong stakeholder communication, governance, and escalation handling skills
- Experience leading onshore/offshore teams in steady state support models
- Strong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interaction
