Employee Type Exempt Lead Videography Serve as lead videographer/director of photography for in‐house studio projects and assigned off‐site filmings, helping shape compelling visual stories that support the mission and initiatives of e3 and IAS. In partnership with the Director of Media, conceptualize, shoot and edit high‐quality in‐studio and organic on‐location content, including but not limited to podcasts, social media, campaigns, digital platforms (short‐ and long‐form), internal videos, events, documentary‐style content, etc. Collaborate closely with Media, Creative, Marketing and Communications teams to align productions with ministry strategy and translate creative briefs into clear pre‐/pro‐/post plans. Operate professional production equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, stabilization systems, monitors, hard drives and related gear; troubleshoot technical challenges on set as needed.
