**In this role, you will:**

+ Be responsible for organizing and directing all aspects of delivery for a set of complex change initiatives (plan, design, and execute). Change initiatives include, but not limited to: Current state analysis and target state solution design, system implementation/upgrade, vendor assessment/selection, new product design, regulatory compliance and issue resolution, process improvement and redesign
+ Responsible for full management over a set of project deliverables: Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis activities across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives and FX. Develop, implement and oversee governance routines for project execution, management reporting and business readiness
