This role is for a visionary leader who will not only manage but also set strategic direction for high-profile architectural projects from concept to completion. You will lead architectural design initiatives, drive technical excellence, and oversee a team of architects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations and international quality standards. You will act as the primary bridge between clients, engineers, and leadership, translating complex visions into built reality while mentoring junior talent and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through construction completion.
• Collaborate with clients to define needs, goals, and tailored design solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and visualizations.
