What the role is: The Institute of Public Sector Leadership (IPSL) develops a pipeline of leaders for the Singapore Public Service through an integrated suite of milestone programmes. Our suite of programmes, delivered at key junctures of a public officer’s career, focuses on leadership development, public governance and public service ethos.
What you will be working on: - Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners
- Partner & engage stakeholders (including senior leaders, external experts, HR officers) with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner
- Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and various sources of data, for future improvement
- Strengthen learning interventions and work processes by experimenting responsibly
