The role

We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun. This is a Lawyer position, working alongside Nicholas Edwards, our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency.

The team has grown to be a leading R&I practice, and you will be given exposure to a wide range of issues arising from corporate distress with a focus on restructuring and turnaround. You will have the opportunity to act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed debt funds, corporates and company directors.

We’re looking for someone:

• with at least 2+ years’ experience
• strong front-end Restructuring and Insolvency experience (however also open to candidates with a mixed practice)
• with a genuine passion for Restructuring & Insolvency
• wanting a fantastic team culture
• with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
