Lawyer, General Counsel Office The Lawyer, General Counsel Office is responsible for supporting the General Counsel in all aspects of risk management and the firm’s compliance policies and procedures.

In this role, the incumbent will be tasked to support the General Counsel in researching risk management and ethics questions, answering risk management and ethics questions from firm members, drafting and updating firm policies, reviewing contracts from firm members.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Counsel in duties related to compliance, ethics and regulatory issues.

Support the General Counsel in the updating of risk related policies.

Along with the General Counsel, provide legal advice to the management and leadership of the Firm.

Review and provide comments on firm’s contracts with vendors.

Perform legal research and prepare memoranda relating to professional responsibility and risk management.
