Law Clerk Internship

The State of Florida is seeking motivated individuals to join our workforce. Our internship opportunities offer bright, highly motivated law school students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to experience firsthand the operations of state government while obtaining valuable on-the-job training. Law clerks will work on a broad range of assignments, including both transactional and litigation-related work. General duties include legal research and writing, discovery, and trial/hearing preparation. The ideal candidate would be a first, second- or third-year law student, possessing excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work efficiently and independently with a moderate amount of supervision, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
