Job Description
2+ years of CRM experience (campaign QA, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations)
Hands-on experience with Braze (QA, campaign setup, or execution)
Experience supporting streaming platforms or subscription-based products:
AVOD / SVOD models
Strong understanding of CRM campaign lifecycle and customer journeys
Ability to test across multiple platforms (mobile, CTV, in-app environments)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and issue identification
Spanish language proficiency (preferred/required depending on team)
