Transfer basic and advanced laser welding know‑how to Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, and Production teams, ensuring correct operation, maintenance capability, and sustainable process performance.
Develop and deploy laser welding standardization for manufacturing and maintenance, including TPM concepts, machine daily check sheets, and work instructions (WI) to ensure stable machine condition and process robustness.
Support the Maintenance organization in defining strategies for critical spare parts, including coordination with Trumpf and global suppliers, to ensure fast machine recovery and minimized production impact.
