Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT Service Desk support

to international clients via calls, chats, and emails.
H andle incident management and service re quests in line with defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot issues relat ed to Windows OS, hardware, software, and n etwork.
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools.
E nsure customer satisf action through effective communication in French/German.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
