About the Company

A Landscape/Hardscape company in the Greater Portland area is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the company. This individual will be responsible for the big picture of daily operations—from project scheduling and crew management to quality control and client communication.

The ideal candidate has a deep background in skilled trade and/or service-based businesses involving remote crews and tight deadlines. Most importantly, the Operations Manager possesses the leadership skills to build a high-performing team and scale existing operations.
