Job Duties:

+ Supervise/manage all phases of daily operation with Landscape and Garden Services sales force. This includes; commissioning orders, approving special pricing, assisting with proposals, monitoring open estimates, and assigning new leads.

+ Perform all necessary training of new design/sales people. This includes performing all sales duties in the absence of departing team members.
